Develop the skills to create holistic classes that invite students to connect more deeply to themselves and their practice.

Wave Theory Sequencing ~ Create holistic vinyasa classes based not only on peak poses but also how to create Bhavana (mood) classes for all levels based on Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow Wave theory. Each participant will teach two classes to their peers during the program and will have the opportunity to receive feedback from their peers and Clara.

Hands-On Adjustments & Assists For Standing Series ~ Hands-on can help students understand the alignment of how to pose for their bodies. Learn to discern what is needed for them to gain awareness and proper alignment in each shape. We will go over the standing series.

This module is part of the 300 hour program.

Welcome to the Honor’s Program!

I designed the training I would love to take. Based on the many trainings I have taken, I brought together all the parts I really enjoyed to create The Honors Program. I have been teaching this program for over 10 years and continue to be inspired by the students who show up.

After my last online training back in 2020, I redesigned it to have both an in-person and a virtual component. Nothing compares to being in person, especially for sequencing, hands-on assists, and deepening our personal sadhana. We will meet for two weeks in April and dive into all the ways to improve and enhance our teaching and practice.

Prerequisite for whole 300 hour program: a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate .
