Welcome to the Honor’s Program!

I designed the training I would love to take. Based on the many trainings I have taken, I brought together all the parts I really enjoyed to create The Honors Program. I have been teaching this program for over 10 years and continue to be inspired by the students who show up.

After my last online training back in 2020, I redesigned it to have both an in-person and a virtual component. Nothing compares to being in person, especially for sequencing, hands-on assists, and deepening our personal sadhana. We will meet for two weeks in April and dive into all the ways to improve and enhance our teaching and practice.

Prerequisite for whole 300 hour program: a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate .
